This 10 minute full body workout with weights helps you tone and pump your whole body. I used the basic exercises to do this full body workout that work your glutes, legs, abs and upper body. The weight is additional but makes it more intense: I used a 8kg dumbbell 2 x 1 kg dumbbells. Combine this workout with my other full body workouts for better results.
