Brioche Bread With Sour Cream/Cozonac Extra Pufos Cu Smantana

Ingredients: -1 kg of sifted flour( 100gr if it’s to soft) -350 ml of warm milk -300 gr of sugar -2 eggs and 4 egg yolks -200 gr of sour cream -120 ml of melted butter -15 ml of oil -15 gr of dry yeast -zest from 1 lemon and 1 orange -1 teaspoon of salt -1 tablespoon of vanilla extract -350 gr of walnuts -150 gr of sugar -4 egg whites -4 tablespoons of cocoa powder for the egg wash 1 egg yolk,1 tablespoon of milk, 1 teaspoon of oil. Ingrediente: -1 kg de faina cernuta( in functie de faina, daca este moale aluatul mai puteti adauga pana la 100 gr maxim) -350 ml lapte cald -300 gr zahar -2 oua intregi plus 4 galbenusuri -200 gr smantana -120 ml unt topit -15 ml ulei -15 gr drojdie uscata sau 45 gr drojdie proaspata -coaja de la 1 lamaie si 1 portocala -1 lingurita de sare -1 lingura de extract de vanilie Pentru umplutura: -350 gr nuca macinata -150 gr zahar -4 albusuri 4 linguri de cacao Pentru uns : 1
