Mario Kart TrackMania- Wii Moonview Highway

We welcome to the Wii era, and everyone favorite track from MKW is now here on Mario Kart TM, this is Wii Moonview Highway! The track still combines of a forest and city with a good TrackMania 2 Valley vibe. Instead of tolls (which are only for Start to Finish), there are signs to show the lane that is merged.
