S. Korea’s First Lady, BTS present lacquer craftwork as gift during visit to The Met

김정숙 여사, BTS와 美 최대 미술관 동행…옷칠 공예품 전달 South Korea’s First Lady visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art with BTS members who were recently named the country’s special envoys for future generations and culture. After looking around the Arts of Korea Gallery, Kim Jung-sook stressed the nation’s cultural heritage and contemporary works play a vital role in cultural diplomacy. During the visit they presented Chung Hae-cho’s “Rhythm of the Five Color Luster“ as a gift.
