How to obtain the glitched audio log in System Shock (2023) Security level

This video demonstrates how to obtain the glitched audio log that can spawn inside a wall in Security level. What you need to do is crouch up against the wall, lean with Q or E and look down at the floor and swing your camera until you find the right angle to pick it up.
