I’m going to be talking to you about ballet. A Rond De Jambe is a step that we do in the bar, that incorporates tendo front, side and back and connects all those three we take our tendu to the front we are gonna move it to the side and then move it all the way back and come back to first and that’s a Ron de jambe.. To wanna make sure that when you are doing messy here, knee is extended your foots pointed and you are coming back to a centered aligned first position. you can take the Ron De Jambe from the back starting with back, side and then front coming to first position .An important thing to remember is that every time you extend t your foot to front your heel is going to be leading. so wen I your heel to be your leading so when your heel to be leading ,using a turn out, and you are gonna bring it always to the to the back and then when you are starting from the back the same thing you want your heel and toe to be opened out to the back and you come to the front ,your toes are going to bring it back to first position .so this is gonna demonstrate three Ran De Jambe to the front and three to the back.
