Chaos in streets after bomb kills 40 at Pakistan political rally

Several people have died after a bomb exploded at a rally in northwestern Pakistan on Sunday, 30 July. So far, at least 40 people are confirmed dead with at least 100 injured from the blast in Bajur district. The rally was taking place in Khar, near the Afghanistan border, in support of a hardline cleric. As yet, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
