Sam Miletic played the hero, netting the OT winner as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins overcame a 2-0 first period deficit to post a 4-3 win over the Syracuse Crunch on Saturday night. Jimmy Hayes and Joseph Blandisi each netted a goal and an assist, and Tristan Jarry made 34 saves for the victory.
