Paul Rodgers feat David Gilmour - Standing around crying

Paul Rodgers is an English singer-songwriter and musician, best known for being a member of Free and Bad Company. Often considered as a highly influential singer in the history of rock music, he has been dubbed “The Voice” by his fans. Born “Paul Bernard Rodgers” on 17 December 1949 in Middlesbrough, England, he learnt guitar and paino and began writing songs when he was in his early teens. Career and Musical Achievements: Paul Rodgers started his musical career as a bassist in a local band called The Roadrunners. He gained fame as a member of the blues-oriented rock band Free. After the breakup of Free, Rodgers formed his next band, Bad Company, with ex-Mott the Hoople guitarist Mick Ralphs in 1973. Both bands received widespread worldwide success in the 1970s.
