Batu Nritya, a rhythmic exploration in Odissi brings out these sculptures into life. An offering to the Batuka Bhairava, one of the 64 aspects of Lord Shiva, Batu - brings out the technical details and sinuous aesthetics of Odissi. Here, various sculpturesque movements showcasing musical instruments such as mardal,flute, veena and manjira are exquisitely weaved into intricate rhythmic patterns.
