Kicking off the first-ever Electronic Entertainment Expo ( E3 1995 ) Sony was preparing the official North American launch of their first video game console PlayStation. Sony gave their keynote speech about the pending collapse of the 16-bit video game platform due to its processing limitations. Sony was about to show the world they were serious about the interactive gaming business.
