How to: Using the sound tube for ultrasonic sensors

The sound tube E23000 from ifm in combination with an ultrasonic sensor enables precise level detection thanks to the narrowed sound beam. This allows to detect the level of media in small tanks with a diameter up to 12mm. Via IO-Link and the ifm software LR DEVICE, the level can be easily visualized.
