They gave some to the people and moved along. ️ That is part of the strategy to start an internal uprising. Everybody is hungry and angry. I know people say, they steal it. But think yourself. If they would give all the food to the people at once, then there’s nothing to eat tomorrow. What then? The strategy is starving the people so they get angry and fight each other for food.
