So we are at Day 4. Today’s Frequency is 341Hz. The frequency of Heart Chakra. This is the center of Love, and Compassion. Center of connection with others and everything outside of us. Heart Chakra is the first one of the higher chakras. Lower chakras - Root, Sacral and Solar all deal with inner work, our inner energy. Starting from the Heart Chakra, our inner energy and vibration starts interacting with the outside world. And it starts with love. What you feel in your heart, it radiates outside. And we can not be affective in loving others, if we ourselves feel inadequate, incomplete and low. So it is very important to balance our lower chakra energies, which deal with self-esteem, feeling secure in ourself, and letting go of all the guilt and fear. And then as this strong energy moves up towards your heart chakra center, it starts radiating love. And love also starts with yourself first.
