As usual, L’Entourloop gathered incredible guests from around the world for this new album with no less than 32 guests. Just like this track “Rock Mi Nice” with Kabaka Pyramid, one of the big names of the new Jamaican generation, protege of Damian Marley and regular collaborator of Chronixx or Major Lazer. The title “Rock Mi Nice“, a perfect fusion of hip-hop and reggae, whether with its raw and minimalist L’Entourloop beat or Kabaka Pyramid’s flow, is definitely one of the highlights of the new album! Since 1964, when the song “My Boy Lollipop“ flooded the European radio airwaves, L’Entourloop’s love for reggae and its culture has never stopped growing. With this third album, they wanted to pay tribute to the legendary pioneers of this incredible movement – artists and producers such as Tom Wong, Count Machuki, Prince Buster and Lee “Scratch“ Perry. An album which is a true declaration of love for soundsystem culture and its children - reggae, dancehall and hip-hop. The success of their previous albums “Chickens in Your Town“ (2015) and “Le Savoir Faire“ (2017), with their famous “Banging Hip-Hop Inna Yardie Style“ quickly brought L’Entourloop into the spotlight, along with their hundreds of shows performed all over Europe. A l’image de son titre « Rock Mi Nice » avec Kabaka Pyramid, l’un des grands noms de la nouvelle génération jamaïcaine, protégé de Damian Marley et collaborateur régulier de Chronixx ou Major Lazer. Le titre « Rock Mi Nice », parfaite fusion de hip-hop et de reggae, que ce soit au niveau du beat brut et épuré de L’Entourloop ou du flow de Kabaka Pyramid, est définitivement l’un des temps forts du nouvel album ! Depuis 1964, année où le titre « My Boy Lollipop » a inondé les ondes des stations radio européennes, l’amour des membres de L’Entourloop pour le Reggae et sa culture n’a cessé de grandir.
