Russian River Alaskan Sockeye | 140lbs of Salmon in Two Days

It’s a dream of ours to come to Alaska to fish and bring back food for our family. We do not purchase any meat at the grocery stores because we catch, clean and cook all our food from salmon, halibut, moose, elk, whitetail deer to crappie! So every fish is a prized possession to us! There is nothing more beautiful than the Kenai River. We have fished the Kenai since we began vacationing in Alaska in 2019. Every year we look forward to visiting our friends in Alaska and going fishing together. When they opened the Sanctuary early this year, we knew we were going to catch some fish! It was an amazing time as we packed 140 pounds of salmon in the freezer from just two trips!! Our first limit of 15 (3 per person and we had 5) and then our second limit of 24 (6 per person and we had 4 people)! Hope you guys enjoy watching the video!
