School Choir Sings Songs of Peace | UN International Day of Peace in Australia

On the United Nations International Day of Peace (Wednesday, September 21st, 2022), St Munchin’s Catholic Primary School choir, under the direction of Karen Gonsalves, performed at the Perth Sri Chinmoy Centre’s art exhibition dedicated to world peace. Sri Chinmoy’s art has been on display most of the month at the Amherst Village Library in Gosnells, a suburb near Perth. In addition to the local school choir performance, poetry and other activities were held, with the Mayor of the local community of Gosnells attending. The first song performed was composed by Sri Chinmoy. It is entitled “Peace: Humanity’s Perfection-Dance“. Lyrics: Peace: humanity’s perfection-dance In God’s Heart-Garden.
