How to Rubber-Stamp and Dust a Heart Cookie (aka Insert for 3-D Heart Box Lid)

In this video, I show how to detail the heart cookie that forms the insert in my 3-D cookie heart box lid (video for that project, here: ). But, mind you, this cookie needn’t be used in the box - it’s pretty enough to stand on its own and quicker to make that way, too!
