John Lennon and Yoko Ono in the famous Amsterdam Hotel Room where they spent the last week of their honeymoon protesting against war, 26th March 1969 On March 24, 1969, just before midnight, John Lennon and Yoko Ono checked in at the Hilton Amsterdam. They stayed in Room 902 (now 702) and 904, and soon after they began their “Bed-in for Peace“ protest against the war in Viet Nam.
