Now, to celebrate its 100th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz Classic is on a mission to restore this legendary vehicle to its former glory. Wanting to get the 100-year-old racing car back on the road in its original condition the specialists from the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Stuttgart are digging deep into the archive, preserving what’s salvageable and reproducing missing parts as original as possible using historic documents.
