This is the first video from my seminar in Bavaria, Germany, on July 16th/17th, 2020. It is my first seminar outside Japan since late 2019 and, accordingly, I decided the content theme was ’RESTART’. That is, to recap past seminars and prepare for sharing the karate, which I’ve yet to pass on. While a lot of this seminar was recapping the past, previously unshared content and deeper levels of past seminars were still taught. So even for those who have closely followed JKA Shotokan karate, Asai Sensei’s extension of Shotokan, and my endeavors of passing this on, you will still find some gems in this series of videos.
