Russ Saul was purportedly a country/folk artist active in 1977. His album, Begin To Feel, was released in 1977 in the United States under the label Tribute Records* (see bottom of description) and distributed by World Sound.
The back of the album states only the tracklist and a small paragraph: “RUSS SAUL plays and sings with the vision of a man who’s seen it all. All Russ will tell you is “I’ve been around. My songs tell the story.“ Listening to his tales of traveling blues is like reading a roadmap of lovely ladies and barroom brawls. “Livin’ hard, livin’ right.“ That’s what it’s all about. We think you’ll agree!“
