Prelude 5 - Anatoly Kos-Anatolsky

Anatoly Kos-Anatolsky is a Ukrainian composer who apparently is quite well known in Ukraine, but hardly even heard of in North America. My piano teacher is from Ukraine, and she actually knew him personally. He’s written some amazing pieces of music, including a book of 6 preludes which this piece is from.
