Aikido Seminar: Soft Fall Ukemi with Victor Hung Sensei

In May of 2014, Castle Rock AIKIDO hosted Victor Hung Sensei of Fort Collins, Colorado for a three-hour, soft-fall UKEMI workshop. Aikido Students from six local Aikido schools attended the well-attended and fun event.
