Becoming confident is something that has become a goal in and of itself. Rowland Manthorpe believes it has even become a seriously flawed goal. Through his own struggles, and by examining closely the life and works of Friedrich Nietzsche, he has developed his own philosophy on confidence. Rowland studied history at Cambridge University, before enrolling at the London School of Economics. Nowadays he works as a freelance journalist. But his greatest achievement is to have co-written a book with his partne
