Italian Villa | The Sims 4 Speed Build [CC + links + tray files]

Hi! Welcome to my first Tartosa build! I know that the pack is full of bugs and it’s not that great in terms of gameplay but I really love the new world! Finally a place fitted perfectly for mediterranean builds! This is a family home with a little twist. I knew I wanted to have a big pantry and a workshop on the bottom floor, but it only took up half the space, so I had an idea convert the rest of it into vacation apartments for rent! It’s very common for families living in popular tourist destinations such as south Europe to partly convert their homes into apartments like this. There’s two of them: one for 2 sims and one for 5 and the family living in the rest of the house could be up to 8 sims. In terms of gameplay, I think you can even make it work using the roommate system. The entrance was heavily inspired by the real life Villa Cetinale in Tuscany and I tried to channel some Call Me By Your Name vibes for the rest of the build. I’m not sure which game changer made the original building on this lot, but after further inspection of my refrence photos, I think they may have taken inspiration from Villa Cetinale in their creation too!
