Throwing / Making a Lidded Pottery Soup Tureen / Terrine on the Wheel

Throwing a Lidded Soup Tureen / Terrine on the wheel ( depending on the UK or US spelling). This is really just a casserole thrown on a taller base than normal on the wheel. A gallery is made for the lid to sit in by pushing down with your index finger half way across the rim to form a ledge.
