Summer views of Post-Soviet Town in 4K | Ultra-Realistic Unreal Engine 5.3 Environment & Demo

This project was started in April 2022 when Max Flyant, a guy who has been working in the music industry for 16 years (though obsessed with the video games his whole life) discovered Unreal Engine 5 and started to explore all its amazing possibilities. A few years earlier he finished writing a script of his own... something: a comic book, a series, a video game, or maybe a novel – he wasn’t sure back then. The story was partially based on his childhood life and various events that happened in his hometown area in the early 2000s. It seemed like a good idea to start turning his story into life in the form of a videogame but to kickstart that ambitious project, he needed a partner in crime. In December 2023 Max Flyant contacted Maxim Lyumins, a professional 3D designer who impressed him with the stunning 3D modeling skills and environments that he created on Unreal Engine 4 and 5. They started building the first small location right away: Max Flyant was leading the script, and reference side of things while Maxim Lyumins made all the modeling, textures, environments, and animations. And here comes the first glimpse of their collaboration: a meticulously crafted, photorealistic depiction of a small post-Soviet town’s yard. From painstakingly modeled objects to intricate environmental details, powered by cutting-edge technologies like Lumen and Nanite, this project showcases the limitless potential of Unreal Engine 5. Idea, script & game concept: Max Flyant. Complex modeling, texturing, concept design of environment, level design, environment creation from scratch, animations and sound design: Maxim Lyumins. Maxim Lyumins is open to new projects and job offers: Software: Unreal Engine 5, 3dStudioMax, Rizom UV, Quixel Bridge, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier.
