Tsunami in Newport, OR, March 11, 2011, 10:27am

The video was filmed at Don Davis Park in Newport. It shows the highest surge I observed. Even if it was low tide right in that moment the water came all the way up to the wall at the Nye Beach turnaround which rarely happens at a normal high tide. The highest measured tsunami wave height was only 1.3 ft.
