Yes, this is something you never see before in Gear VR. How do Apnea do it? By uses your earphones microphone to detect your real breath! (use hands-free microphone under your nose) That mean when you in Apnea every step your walk, every time you breath, exhale, the bubbles will come out for your Oxygen tank. Then the stronger you breath or exhale the more bubble you make and I believe your you don’t want the curious sharks around you to sense that! and the more you breath the more air you use. Use it clever to make it to the end. Apnea is a great design VR game. Gameplay is addictive and it’s hard too. But you will love this new VR experience like never before... Apnea detects your breath and steps in the real world to transport you to the depths of the ocean in a VR game like you have never experienced before Walk on your tip-toes to avoid making any noise or run for your life to hide from the monsters of the sea, but be careful with your exhalations or you will drown before accomplishing the mission. In Apnea you are a deep sea diver who has to cross a scenario infested by sharks before running out of air. Equipped with no more than your claustrophobic helmet, you need to demonstrate intelligence and stealth skills in order to survive... but there is a big catch: The controls. In order to move around you really need to walk (on the spot is ok) and the strength of your steps is mapped into the VR world. So if you need to run or take little steps you truly have to. Be careful! Noisy steps will alert the sharks nearby so be clever about when to run and when not to move at all. Apnea uses the microphone attached to the earphones to detect your real breath as well! Everytime you exhale, bubbles will come out and your O2 tank will lose valuable oxygen.
