The island of Lampedusa overwhelmed by migrants, EU has no solution

Amid a surge of migrant arrivals to the island of Lampedusa, with more than 2,000 mostly African migrants having arrrived there, Austria has rejected a plea for other EU countries to take in migrants from Italy.
