“Beneath the surface“: Interview with the artist, translator and illustrator Mercedeh Mohseni. We had a chance to sit down together, and discuss Mercedeh’s work and relationship with the Finnish national epic - the Kalevala. By releasing this video, Kuhmo City of Literature joins the UNESCO Cities of Literature Network in celebrating the 2021 International Literacy Day.
