destroying my blood cells: applied osmosis and DNA extraction under the microscope

i’m having some fun with my blood cells under the microscope. =) ps: the blood was extracted into a vacutainer containing citrate to prevent clotting of the blood sample. this is the same technique as used by your doctor.
