I came to the autumn forest to arrange a forest bath! I took a new tent, a camping stove and my own unturned axe😁. I set up a camp, stocked up on firewood, made a bath broom from oak branches and left it in the cold lake so that it could collect water! Having lit the stove, when the stones heated up, I swam in the icy lake and ran to warm myself in the hot tent! How relaxing contrast procedures are!
