Açık Teknik Nazal Septum Perforasyonu Tamiri Sonrası 3. Ay - Başarılı Bir Sonuç Hastaya açık teknik, kaburga kıkırdağı ve etmoid perpendikular plate kullanılarak septum perforasyonu onarımı operasyonu yapıldı. Hastanın 3 ay sonraki kontrolünde, internal nazal silikon splintler çıkarıldıktan sonraki endoskopik nazal muayene videosu yeniden kaydedildi. Yapılan kontrol muayenesinde, tüm perforasyonların başarılı bir şekilde kapandığı görülmektedir.
