[PoE ] Vaal Caustic Arrow Champion - Build Guide (for early endgame)

Vaal Caustic Arrow has surprised me quite a bit in how quickly it allows me to fully clear maps. I had no intention of rocking this skill gem, as I planned to transition straight from Toxic Rain to Tornado Shot. After having experienced CA though, I’ve decided to stay a little while longer on the chaos-oriented build to farm up ample currency to make the major push to physical-to-elemental tornado shot champion. I highly recommend this build for yourself IF you are all about blasting maps that are not over-tuned with all kinds of difficult league mechanics. If you are already using this build, let me know if you have any other tips for how to make it work. I suspect there are plenty of ascendancies that can also be using CA.
