Course in clinical applications of OCT for macular diseases -Pathological changes in OCT part three Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is one or even the most important ancillary test used to diagnose and follow up patients with macular diseases. In this presentation, I will discuss the most common pathological changes in OCT scans addressing the changes of outer retinal tissue and choroidal thickness and structure changes . However, the changes in reflectively of retinal tissue changes will be discussed
