O ADONAI: O Antiphon and Magnificat (2/7)

Here you can find a beautiful meditation on the antiphon “O Adonai“. Latin: O Adonai, et Dux domus Israel, qui Moysi in igne flammae rubi apparuisti, et ei in Sina legem dedisti: veni ad redimendum nos in brachio extento. From 17 to 23 December, the Liturgy sings the beautiful “O Antiphons“ of the Magnificat. Each of them begins with one of the titles with which the Old Testament invokes the longed-for Messiah, and ends with the acclamation “Veni“ (Come).
