Soft Sweet Pretzels - extremely delicious and easy

Dough: 21g fresh yeast 50g sugar 200mL milk, lukewarm 400g wheat flour 60g butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest 1 pinch of salt For brushing before baking: 2 tablespoons of milk For sprinkle after baking: 40g butter, melted 75g sugar For the dough, crumble the yeast and dissolve it with the sugar in the lukewarm milk. Add flour, salt, lemon zest, vanilla extract and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough for 5-8 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it’s too dry, add a little more milk or water. The quantities worked very well for me. I didn’t need any more flour or milk. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place (30-35°C / 86-95°F) for 1 hour. Divide the risen dough into 6 even pieces. Shape each piece into a ball, then shape into a long roll. The roll should be about thick. Form a pretzel from the roll. Place the pretzels well apart on a baking sheet. Cove
