Steel World WALL-E

WALL-E finished. Works well. Slight adjustment on head turning required. His eyes can be red or blue or both. You can turn the eyes on or off on the remote. There were only a couple of difficulties encountered. A small black plastic piece that secures the motor to the drive sprocket was missing. Definitely missing not lost as it comes on an injection mould frame (sprue) so too big for me to drop it on the floor and not find it. I was also short 2 x bolts but that could have been my fault. Either lost or I used the wrong length somewhere. No drama. SW supply a few extra 35mm bolts so you can cut them to any length. This was a great build and it produced a nice sturdy model that is sure to impress. The stainless steel also means it will look good for many years to come.
