Japanese Parliament quarrels over vote on new legislation

Japan’s opposition lawmakers have succeeded in delaying an upper house vote on the controversial security bills proposed by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The special committee of Japan’s Upper House attempted to restart the final session again on Thursday, but things soon turned chaotic as opposition lawmakers began to protest.
