“Lucky”, is a local Indian boy, 12 years old and very intelligent. He, his sister Minalu and his mother have been regular attendees of the Sunday dharma school at Drukpa Gompa for many years. They have become immersed in Himalayan culture. This year Khachodling has granted this talented and hard working boy a scholarship to attend one of the most prestigious private schools in town. His parents have had difficulty in sending him even to the normal school, therefore they are utterly grateful.
