Starship S29 Landing Recreation

Starship launched four days ago, June 6th, on it’s fourth test flight, (IFT-4/FLT-4) The vehicle successfully made it through reentry, despite major damage to both forward flaps. The Starship upper stage vehicle made a controlled descent to the surface of the Indian ocean. Once at around 800 meters up, the vehicle initiated it’s iconic flip and landing maneuver. Despite all odds, Starship S29 somehow managed to successfully land intact, 6km off of the targeted splashdown site, due to the previously mentioned control surface damage.
