I5 10400F VS Ryzen 5 3600 (Stock and OC) IN SIX GAMES CORE i5 10400

The Core i5 10400F has the same IPC and same all core boost system as CFL (Thermal Boost Velocity is only present on i7 and i9). This test used an i7 8700k @ 4GHz All Cores / Uncore.
