Jason Sutter, live drummer for Marilyn Manson’s Hey, Cruel World... Tour, recorded additional drumming for the song, while Manson himself contributed guitar and keyboards. Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor borrowed a portion of lyrics from this Carly Simon song for “Starfuckers Inc.“ Marilyn Manson later appeared in the music video for the song in 2000.
