🔥 Today we release the official music video “Fjeldslåtten” from our upcoming album, “Nór.“🔥 Fjeldslåtten“ merges the raw power of black metal with the rhythmic and melodic intricacies of Norwegian folk music. Featuring the bukkehorn, Norway’s oldest instrument, our track connects with the roots of Norse culture. The nature sounds in the intro were captured at the mountain farm, Tverrbekkli, in Nordland. The song’s lyrics celebrate the resilience and simplicity of our ancestors’ mountain farm life from just a generation ago. The music video was filmed by the songwriter walking through the mountain landscape, starting at Holmvatnet in Utskarpen, then up Kvanndalsrabben, and finally to Tverrbekkli mountain farm (and its setra) with views of Botnfjorden and Ranfjorden.
