M/S walkers going along road with cars driving alongside. They pass a building with a turret like entrance. The race leader is seen being sprayed with water by an official in a white overall, as the race continues with cyclists following. An official tries to give one walker a sponge but is pushed away. Various shots of walkers in the road and also weaving through busy streets with crowds and vehicles. L/S walkers coming towards camera along streets crowded with spectators who shout encouragement and clap. M/S walkers preceded by mounted police in the town, and the crowd running behind.
