Russian PM Mishustin arrives in Baku for COP29

Prime Minister Mishustin has arrived in Baku to participate in the World Climate Action Summit. He is expected to hold meetings with UN Secretary-General Guterres, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Asadov, and President Aliyev.
