I’ve learned during this time that searching for happiness in the little things is sometimes what keeps us going, and the little things really end up being the most meaningful in the end. I have been listening to my body and taking it slowly, which is why this is my first video of 2022. I am still far from a full recovery, but I continue to believe that a positive mindset has the power to change everything.
