Shoulder Workout w/ must try exercises🔥

A lot of people say that front raises (Direct front delt work) are not necessary - you know what? I can understand that, and on paper, I could agree. That said, I noticed quite a difference in my front delts after a few months of adding front raises into my routine. Regardless of whether you choose to do them or not, be SURE to include enough volume in your training for the posterior deltoids/upper back/rotator cuffs.
